Through YogaBuddies, she’s bringing health consciousness to children in a fun and easy to understand setting. For six years, YogaBuddies has committed to providing health and wellness to thousands of children across the globe through yoga classes as well as instructional products like their CD set, Good Morning Good Night with YogaBuddies and their DVD called YogaBuddies Bedtime Stories.

YogaBuddies offers classes  in schools, corporate day care centers, summer camps and birthday parties throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Orange County.  They also license their program in Boise, ID.
