Play with red energy.

Oshira’s suggestion and what I keep being shown is to imagine as if there were a glowing red energy ball in your hand, the prettiest shade of red you can imagine. And then play with that energy ball as you are inspired.

Imagine that you are rubbing it over your skin and your body is absorbing it like lotion. Imagine it is a delicious juicy fruit that you can eat and allow it to softly move through your system and you digest this energy and make it yours.

You can imagine an open system, so that there is energy coming in, and moving through and out, and you can imagine the outlet as you would your digestive system, out your perineum area or out the bottom of your feet and through your hands, your right hand in particular, and your skin.

So that just as our skin absorbs nutrients and sweats out impurities, so is this clear red energy being absorbed as a nutrient, and then is stimulating your system to release impurities or things that aren’t nutritive.

This exercise will support your overall system, your 1st chakra, and to help you with trust, safety, grounding, money and abundance issues. As a mom, this can help you feel balanced and centered, and if you are ready to conceive this can be very healing and balancing for your physical body.
