We are all critters and powerful beings of light. I have created a waiver from my heart to yours about your own sovereignty, freedom and responsibility in relationship with my offerings. My work involves attaining meditative states of higher consciousness to assist you in your personal and spiritual growth. From these states, I am able to assist you in achieving greater self- understanding and flow. My focus is on your empowerment and enlightenment; on helping you connect more fully with your own inner wisdom, love and compassion.
The techniques I use include energy awareness techniques, work on the subtle energy bodies, and in courses taken live, verbal releasing and sharing. Some of the self-examination, states of consciousness, and personal insights can be very stimulating or exciting, or create emotional release. If you have a mental, physical or emotional condition that would make engaging the resources offered unwise in the light of this knowledge, I advise you to reconsider participation. Please realize that my work is neither psychotherapeutic nor medical in nature. I will not knowingly reveal or share your personal information without your consent, and you are responsible for what you share in the context of our websites, facebook pages, other social media avenues, verbally during calls and conferences. You acknowledge that by sharing in these forums, you release all rights to this communication. If you have shared something in a comment or somewhere else, of course you are welcome to request that we remove it on your behalf, and we will make the effort to do so when possible.
In addition, the work that I share with you is proprietary and protected by applicable state and federal law, as well as karmic law. PHILOSOPHY
My work can be very subtle and also quite deep and healing. Often we are working where you are not yet conscious and this can feel expansive and liberating and wonderful. It can also bring up aspects of you that desire more love. Remember to be very gentle with yourself and reach for resources that will support you. My guides and I trust you and your internal resources as well as the community of support you have created around you.
I witness miracles in my work every day and my work with the guides tends to illuminate hope. I believe that anything is possible, and that you and your soul are in charge of all of your creations. Your intentions and desires in working with our materials may or may not manifest into a physical reality form. Reasons for that include free will, personal responsibility and experience (karma)
I focus on probabilities and possibilities. I am not interested in making predictions or telling you what to choose. I work with great joy and love to meet you where you are and to create offerings intended assist you in taking your next steps large or small, and to share information in a way that you and your system can best understand and integrate it.
In work involving unborn children, all involved are imbued with the energy of hope and miracle. These kids can be around you regardless of their timing or viability of incarnation and pregnancy. As such, you acknowledge that I retain no liability for the possibility of a pregnancy.
Ultimately this work is soul work involving surrender, allowing and following the highest path for all involved. It is my hope that the information that we share in our various offerings empowers you to embrace and allow the possibility of creating your own miracles.
CHOICE OF LAW
This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of California. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force.
In the event a dispute arises between the parties, either arising from this Agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the parties, the parties will submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas Mediation and Arbitration Rules). Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded to the you in the event that an award is granted in arbitration, is refund of monies paid by you to me for my services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to you.
WAIVER
By entering our website and engaging any of our materials, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the above, that you are of legal age, and in consideration of your participation with this website and materials or interactions you choose, you, for yourself, your executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Alaya, Vibrational Child and any of their principals, employees, assistants, or support team, for all claims of damages, demands, actions, whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of your participation in their services.
